An investor planned to buy a penthouse in Al Warsan, Dubai, and sell it to a particular client who wanted a ready-furnished penthouse. We determined the client’s preferences and interests and designed the spaces, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a double-volume foyer. We conducted an in-depth study, utilizing the structural and architectural elements in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way.

The piano was positioned opposite the main door, allowing anyone outside to catch glimpses of it, creating interest and curiosity about the place. The chandelier, inspired by raining crystal stones over the dining table, creates an elegant, unique experience that is captivating and never boring. We created an integrated custom design bar, matching the colors of the foyer space. There was a toilet intruding into the staircase, so we added vine plants on top of the intrusion, blending the greenery beautifully with the space. The living spaces were inspired by luxurious hotel rooms.
